Twelve years ago my eldest son was diagnosed with ADHD. At the time, I had no idea what this meant for him, or our family.
I knew I didn't want to jump straight to medication so I dove head first into researching alternative ways to help him. We tried many strategies with varying degrees of success.
A few years later his younger brother was also diagnosed with ADHD. Despite what I had learned and implemented with his older brother, it wasn't enough.

Feeling compelled to learn more about nutrition & its effects on the body & mind, I completed a diploma in Natural Nutrition. A key area of interest was learning about the relationship between gut health and mental health. To deepen my knowledge and understanding of of this relationship I went on to completed the Functional Microbiome Program.

Finally, after all these studies, my own research and personal experience, I finally started to see the changes I had hoped for. No more negative self talk, no more weekly calls home from school, no more walking on eggshells in my own house.
I am here to share with you the natural strategies that helped my children and can help yours, too!

I offer individualized services that cater to the unique needs of each child. My focus is on gut health as a key aspect of supporting children struggling with ADHD symptoms. Additionally, I concentrate on finding out what foods or environmental factors are impacting your child. I will work with you to develop a holistic plan with strategies that fit your child and your family's needs.
