Thelma Plumb Nutrition Inc. offers three nutrition & gut health programs specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of children with ADHD. Each program is personalized to meet the individual needs of each child.

All programs include:

1 x 75-minute initial intake consultation: A holistic assessment of your child's health, diet, and current eating habits. After the consultation you will receive a detailed plan with suggestions regarding which foods to include and avoid based on your child's specific areas of concern and your goals.

2 or more 30-minute follow-up consultations to answer questions, address any struggles, and celebrate wins.

1 or more custom 7-day Meal Plans based on your child's dietary needs, allergies/sensitivities, and preferences. Each meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, supper, and snack ideas.

WHOLE FOODS BASISC

A program is designed for those who want basic guidance and support in implementing a nutrient dense whole foods lifestyle for their child and family. We'll examine your child's current diet and eating habits, identify & address any nutritional gaps, and create nutritional goals for your child.

This 6-week program is perfect to get you started with all the basics you need to help with the transition away from the standard ultra-processed foods diet to a gut and brain nourishing whole foods diet.

NOURISHED GUT,

In this 12-week program we will assess your child's current diet, eating habits, and nutritional gaps as well as their gut health. Through my 3-step process "Remove, Sooth & Improve" we will address gut health which in turn can help improve brain health and can help ease some symptoms associated with ADHD.

This program includes an elimination diet to help identify foods that may be triggering physical or emotional reactions in your child. We then add in specific supplements that nourish the gut and brain before gradually reintroducing certain eliminated foods. Each step will be tailored to your child's unique needs and preferences.

FLOURISHING FOUNDATIONS

This comprehensive 16-week program includes my 3-step gut health protocol "Remove, Sooth, & Improve" in addition to an in-depth assessment of lifestyle factors that could be contributing to your child's ADHD symptoms.

During this program your child will complete an elimination diet to identify any foods that may be triggering physical or emotional reactions. Targeted gut health nutrients and supplements will be added throughout the program.

Support to address lifestyle habits that may be contributing to your child's struggles with ADHD makes this the most comprehensive program on offer. Lifestyle factors such as routines, exercise, stress management, and sleep will all be addressed.
